How to download Instagram Reels

Insto Reels works the same on every device. Here's the full flow:

   Open Instagram and find the Reel

   On the Instagram app or website, navigate to the reel you'd like to save.

   Tap the share icon (paper plane)

   On a reel, tap the share arrow, then choose 'Copy link'.

   Open Insto Reels

   Head to Insto Reels.com (this site) on any device — phone, tablet, or PC.

   Paste the link

   Tap the input field and press Paste, or tap the 'Paste' button on the right.

   Preview the reel

   Click 'Get Reel'. You'll see a thumbnail, author, and caption.

   Download in HD

   Hit 'Download HD Video' and the MP4 saves to your device. Done!
