1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account. We collect only limited information needed to operate the site:

• URLs you submit — the Instagram link you paste is sent to our server and a third-party API to resolve the media. We do not store the URL after the request completes.
• Log data — your browser sends IP address, user-agent, referring page, and timestamps. We use this only for security, rate-limiting, and debugging, and rotate it on a short schedule.
• Cookies and local storage — used for essential site function and by advertising partners (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the downloader feature you requested.
• To prevent abuse, spam, and automated scraping.
• To measure aggregate, non-identifying site usage.
• To serve and improve ads shown on the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Content You Download

Insto Reels does not host, store, or cache the videos, reels, or photos you download. All media is fetched in real time and streamed directly to your device. You are responsible for the content you choose to download and must respect the original creator's rights and Instagram's Terms of Use.

4. Advertising & Google AdSense

We use third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense, to serve ads when you visit the Service. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email, or phone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Service and/or other sites.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a third-party API to resolve Instagram links. That provider receives the URL for the duration of the request and is governed by its own privacy policy. We may also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that set cookies to measure aggregate traffic.

6. Children's Privacy

Insto Reels is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing including for personalized advertising. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hardened infrastructure on Cloudflare) to protect data in transit. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
